The following programming is offered throughout rural Ontario under Steps to Leadership.
There are three stages in the Steps to Leadership program package. Participants can choose to take part in one, two or all three of the Steps to Leadership components in their community. At the end of the program, between 25 and 75 individuals in each community will be more resourceful, self-aware and community-aware leaders. They will have a plan and a record of reflection to guide future leadership choices.

This program brings 25 young adults (ages 16-25) together for 18 hours of inspirational and empowering workshops. They learn to recognize their leadership abilities and potential, discovering their passion, and will be inspired and empowered to take action in their community while developing a personal leadership plan for action. This program is delivered by world-renowned youth organization Me to We Leadership.

This program brings 25 participants (all ages) through a series of core and optional modules focused on personal leadership development.
