The following three-stage package of leadership programming will be offered throughout rural Ontario under Steps to Leadership.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 25 years old and want to get involved and make a difference in your community but don't know where to start, then it is time to Step Up!
Supports personal leadership and skill development for application at the organizational level (for people 18 years of age and over interested in effecting positive change in their rural community).
Builds community leadership capacity (for graduates of Leading Edge: First Steps and other current community leaders)
