Leading Edge: First Steps is a skills-based leadership training program for people who are interested in effecting positive change in their organization or community.
The customized curriculum focuses on building personal leadership skills and knowledge that are tailored to your community, enabling you to be more effective in your local organizations and community.

Leading Edge: First Steps will be lead by knowledgeable people within your own community who will ensure that the skills learned are relevant and practical.
