The Leading Edge: Next Steps program is a leadership training program all about YOUR community! Gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for your community while learning new skills and techniques that will prepare you to take on a leadership role. This program has a strong community development focus, enhancing the skill set that will enable you to assess the needs and assets of your community to better plan and develop a sustainable community.
