It's time to STEP UP!
Step Up to Leadership inspires next-generation leaders (between the ages of 16 and 25) to encourage positive community growth through their involvement and their leadership.
This weekend-long program facilitated by Me to We Leadership focuses on:
- Discovering the leader within: building confidence and self-esteem, empowering individuals to discover their potential
- Exploring community: community visioning, mapping and perspectives
- Taking action: identifying how to turn passion into action to make a difference in our communities
